1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by iClean4u Property Management Services Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By booking any service with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of cleaning and clearance services, including but not limited to house clearance, office clearance, factory clearance, end-of-tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, and regular maintenance cleans. All services are provided as described at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Cancellations

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
• To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, but will always aim to provide reasonable notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All quotes provided are based on the information given at the time of enquiry and may be subject to adjustment on-site.
• Prices include labour, travel, disposal (where applicable), and VAT (if registered), unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed in writing. For commercial clients, payment terms will be stated on the invoice.
• We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (by prior arrangement).

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the property is available at the agreed time.
• Advise us in advance of any health & safety risks or hazardous materials on-site.
• Ensure personal items of value are removed prior to clearance services.

6. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability and employee cover. While we take the utmost care during service delivery, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or structural issues
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in areas agreed to be cleared
• Delays caused by weather, access issues, or third parties

7. Waste Disposal & Recycling

All waste is handled and disposed of in accordance with local environmental regulations. We aim to recycle or donate as much as possible. Licensed waste carriers are used for disposal.

8. Data Protection

All personal information collected during the booking process is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR).

9. Complaints

We aim for complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
